Equipment Hire Options

Standard Crate

Internal Dimensions – 597mm x 374mm x 330mm

The standard crate is ideal for packing desk pedestal and desk surface contents as well as the contents of bookcases, standard filing cabinets and general stationery. The crates will stack when full (we recommend no more than 3 high) and nest when empty and can be supplied with or without security seals.

Filing Crate

Internal Dimensions – 1060mm x 420mm x 287mm

Supplied for packing metre length and/or sequential suspended, lever arch filing, ring binder filing and library material facilitating shelf to shelf transfer. The crates will stack when full (we recommend no more than 3 high) and nest when empty and can be supplied with or without security seals.

Computer Crate

Internal Dimensions – 590mm x 550mm x 600mm

Each crate will house one complete desktop system comprising monitor, CPU, keyboard, mouse, all cables and telephone handset or standard desktop printers. Each crate is supplied with a monitor cover, anti-static bubble wrap sleeve to protect CPU and large sealable heavy duty bags for cables, keyboard, mouse and telephone handset. Uniquely, our crates are supplied with 50mm Ethafoam crate liners to reduce vibration and provide maximum shock absorption.

Flight Cases

We provide a comprehensive range of flight cases and trunks for server equipment and other delicate pieces of general office equipment and instrumentation. The cases are made of 9mm hexaboard, feature heavy duty Penn Elcom fittings and are eqipped with durable 4″ lock down castors. The cases are lined with Ethafoam – designed specifically for the technology industry to provide maximum protection and shock absorption for equipment in transit.

The external furnishing includes carrying handles so the cases can be carried up and down steps and other obstacles can  be easily negotiated.

General Purpose Cage

Internal Dimensions – 1430mm x 810mm x 700mm

Supplied with two adjustable shelves, the general purpose cage is ideal for outsize computer monitors, larger printers, server components, boxed stationary items such as envelopes and toner cartridges and other items generally too large for standard or filing crates as well as warehouse stock. The cage will be supplied with Ethafoam shelf liners when supplied to transport computer items.
